During November 2013 we organised a number of events to raise money for the British Heart Foundation (www.bhf.org.uk).

Breakfast Network Meeting

28 November 7.30 am – 9.00 am

We created an opportunity for local people and local businesses to meet before the working day for Breakfast and raise money at the same time. Everyone could enjoy tea, coffee, orange juice and croissants as they chatted amongst themselves. It gave people the chance to tell someone else about what they are doing and what they have to offer, and it was a great forum for exchanging leads, for putting business other people’s way and finding out what’s going on in the local community.

Wednesday 13 November 12.30 pm – 1.30 pm PriniaHRLogo_page_001

Jeanne Prior of PRINIA HR – Midhurst’s local HR provider of employment advice and support –held a talk/workshop on employment law contracts at the Tall Dog.

Prinia HR’s services include employment contracts and staff handbooks, recruitment, dealing with grievances and advising on employment law. If you are spending a significant amount of time on staffing issues and need/are looking for someone who could make employment matters less daunting, contact Jeanne on 01730 817420 for a consultation (the first is free). Small businesses should note that  PRINIA HR has a flexible fee structure which might prove very useful.
